As most of you will already know the National Fronts chairman (Tom Holmes) has been found guilty at Norwich crown court of racially aggravated harassment and now faces a sentence of up to 2 years in prison!!
The Judge (Daniel Worsley) said after the verdict “This was highly offensive, ignorant and hurtful racial abuse and he must be punished for that, and must be seen to be punished”The jury made up of six women and six men took six and a half hours to reach a unanimous decision.
It is alleged by Helen Kikis that Tom Holmes said to her “stick your paki flag up your ****ing arse”, all those who know Tom will have to agree with me that these words are in no way the words of the Tom Holmes we all know and respect.
In fact Tom Holmes has never sworn in all the years I have known him and the lying bitch that stood in the witness box and committed perjury knows it.Helen Kikis only mentioned Tom because his face was on the front page of his election address; she was straight out the door and up for a fight.
Someone who is “scared and concerned” does not open the front door and follow people out on to the path and in fact it was Kikis that threatened Tom by saying “watch your back when you walk the streets”.
Twice in court Kikis went to “lose it” and both times silly bollocks Judge Worsley, asked her to slow down because he “could not keep up with writing notes”!!
Two days ago special branch attended Toms address and asked if he wanted police protection at his house as the address in Albion Road in Great Yarmouth where Kikis resides has got it.
The trial of Tom Holmes has lasted 7 days, a jury was sworn in, and for what, words mere words, and those words were not even spoken by Tom.
This court case was a total waste of money and time.
The end result of this case is that it has strengthened everyone’s determination to push the National Front at every opportunity.
Tom now faces sentencing on the 23rd November 2006 at 9:00am at Norwich crown court, and we would ask for as many of you as possible to attend.... and members and supporters of other British Nationalist parties should register their public support of a fellow Patriot at Norwich if they possibly can.

I remember Tom Holmes from the 1970's. He was the Great Yarmouth NF Organiser I think, even then.
A really quiet bloke, who has stood the test of time.
This is an absolute disgrace - as Terry says the words quoted are the last one would ever expect from Tom Holmes. The case is built on a blatant lie.
It reminds me of the case against Richard Edmonds, convicted of wounding a negro with a beer glass on the word of one Jenny Bone, daughter of the anarchist Class War leader Ian Bone.
